Position: CNA (Contract to Perm)
Location: NY 14456
Pay: $674 – $771/week
Contract Duration:
05/19/2026 – 08/22/2026 (13 weeks)
Schedule:
Part-Time Evenings
2x8 or 3x8-hour shifts (37.5 hours/week equivalent rotation as scheduled)
Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
Holidays required
Must attend full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care per care plan
Maintain resident safety: respond to call lights, fall prevention, clean/safe environment
Assist with nutrition: meal delivery, feeding support, adaptive equipment use
Support mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, proper positioning
Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
Maintain accurate documentation per facility protocol
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required, active 1+ year)
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience (licensed)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
