About the Role:
Thrive at Home in Fairfax, VA is looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our growing care team! Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors/Nurses
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Document care activities 

Requirements:

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification or registration in Virginia
• 2 years experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and families
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Fairfax, VA area
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and you have to have a current TB or chest x-ray
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
• You have to be available to work a weekend or every other weekend and pet friendly
