At Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte and Mooresville, we provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care that supports our clients’ safety, comfort, and independence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, you deliver hands-on personal care while building trusted, one-on-one relationships with clients and their families—helping them live with dignity right at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Mobility & Transfers: Support safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning according to each client's specific care plan.
- Daily Support: Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
- Condition Monitoring & Reporting: Observe, document, and report changes in client health or behavior promptly.
- Dignified Care: Provide compassionate, respectful care that continuously preserves client dignity and privacy.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all Homewatch CareGivers policies, individualized care plans, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current, active CNA certification in the state of North Carolina
- Ability to provide hands-on care safely and professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and responsive
