Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – LTC for an exciting Local job in Far Rockaway, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and record patient vital signs and conditions
Support mobility, hygiene, feeding, and personal care needs
Maintain patient comfort and safety
Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare staff
Follow infection control and facility safety guidelines
Accurately document patient care activities
Required Qualifications:
Active CNA Certification
Minimum 1.5 years of recent LTC/SNF experience required
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Ability to work variable day shifts and overtime if needed
Must be comfortable working every other weekend
Strong patient care and communication skills
