Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Daily Living Assistance: Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Serve meals. Help residents with mobility.
Health Monitoring & Support: Document care provided and observations in resident medical records.
Environmental & Operational Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas. Attend to resident needs as they arise throughout your shift
Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Compassionate, people-centered attitude
Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and follow established care procedures
CNA's are highly encouraged to apply
Experiance caring for those with dementia
