About the Role:Lady's Care Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Nashville, TN. Responsibilities:- Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients to prevent pressure injuries
- Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
Requirements:- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Tennessee
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical needs
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
- Compassionate, empathetic, and respectful demeanor toward patients and families
