- # of Beds/Residents: 40 - EMR: PointClickCare - Ratios: RNs: Days: 1:20, Nights: 1:40, CNAs: 1:10 - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: CHF, COPD, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Diabetes - Are there IVs or titratable drips?: Minimal IV meds - DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Charge Nurse - Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 8 or 12hr shifts - 6a-6:30p, 6p-6:30a, 6a-2:30p, 2p-10:30p, 10p-6:30a // cycle scheduling - Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend - Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday - Scrub Color: Any color or pattern scrubs - How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 2-4 days - Additional Notes: Has a home like work environment, strong team work, and strong work ethics
