Start Date: Start dates are every 2 weeks due to orientation schedule
Shift: 8hr Shifts, 5 days per week (40hrs per week) CANNOT CHANGE SHIFT ONCE OFFERED
- NOC shift is slower paced
- 12s have to be approved by staffing first.
Ratios: 1:18-20 - 300 bed facility
Years of Experience REQ: 1 year plus of LTC / Skilled Nursing experience

Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required upon center request
Certs REQ: BLS

RTO Restrictions: RTO ONLY APPROVED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. WILL NOT APPROVE AFTER OFFERED. Cannot take every holiday off

If you have not received access after 48 hours, notify your recruiter right away. The client requires that modules are started as soon as possible and fully completed no later than 3 days prior to your assignment start date.
