    Executive Home Care of Manassas is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/PCA Caregiver to join our team in Manassas, VA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care and support.     Responsibilities:
    • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
    • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
    • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
    • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
    • Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
    • Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
    • Transport clients to appointments or errands as required
    Requirements:
    • Current CNA or PCA certification preferred; relevant experience considered
    • Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
    • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
