CNA/PCA

About the Role: 
Oasis Private Home Care Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/PCA to join our growing team in Tucker, GA! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes. 

 
Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and care plans
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home care protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements:
 

• Active CNA certification or PCA training/experience required
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Tucker, GA area
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
