Brave Heart Family Care Service's is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Springfield, MA. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient condition to supervising staff
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
• Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
• Document care activities accurately and in accordance with care plans

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and light physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent patient-centered care
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
