Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Aide/Orderly (CNA), you will be a vital and compassionate caregiver, directly empowering residents/patients to live fulfilling, high-quality lives through dedicated support and essential daily care. You will be instrumental in creating a supportive and engaging environment, ensuring comfort, safety, and a sense of independence for those under our care.
Every day you will meticulously assist residents/patients with all activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility, while vigilantly observing for changes in their condition and promptly communicating concerns to the nursing staff. You will also contribute to their engagement by assisting with social and recreational activities, support their comfort by ensuring a clean and organized personal space, and diligently obtain and record vital signs and essential care provided, always adhering to established safety protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will leverage your proven experience in ADL support, compassionate approach, and strong commitment to fostering independence and dignity for every individual. You will collaborate seamlessly with nurses and other care team members, acting as a crucial component of our interdisciplinary approach to personalized care.
