Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
BLS (AHA)
Active CNA Certification
Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
Responsibilities:
Assist patients/residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient observations.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure patient safety.
Provide assistance with feeding and hydration as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
