Flatbed Operator
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Flatbed Operator to join our production team in Alpharetta, GA. This role is responsible for operating flatbed printing equipment, supporting routine machine maintenance, maintaining print quality, and keeping the printing workspace clean, organized, and production-ready.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of UV printing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate flatbed printing equipment according to production specifications and job requirements
  • Load, unload, and position materials accurately on the flatbed printer
  • Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, alignment, adhesion, and defects
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, calibration support, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe printing workspace
  • Monitor ink levels, print heads, curing systems, and other machine components during production
  • Follow production schedules and communicate any delays, defects, or equipment issues to the supervisor
  • Handle materials safely and efficiently before, during, and after printing
  • Follow company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
  • Assist with general production tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of UV printing processes preferred
  • Experience operating flatbed printers, CNC equipment, large-format printers, or similar production machinery is a plus
  • Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to print quality
  • Ability to read and follow job tickets, measurements, and production instructions
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing, print, or production environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move materials throughout the shift
  • Ability to work around printing equipment, inks, substrates, and production materials
  • Must be able to follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment

Work Environment
This position is based in a production and printing environment. The Flatbed Operator will work around machinery, printing materials, UV inks, and curing equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is an essential part of the role.
