- Bachelors degree, Civil Engineering or Architecture degree highly preferred, from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) and 8+ years of experience in design and construction of commercial or institutional facilities or a Masters degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
This role involves managing and designing site development projects from concept through completion, including commercial, infill residential, and municipal developments.
