Job Title: Our client in Burlington, NC is looking for a CNC Machine operator to work in the manufacturing company

Company Location:
- Burlington, NC 27215, USA

train on 1st shift 7:30-4:30pm

then would move to 2nd shift 3:30pm-12am M-F

pay rate $22.00

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a CNC operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in production.
- Conducting regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
- Monitoring production processes to maintain quality standards.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years.

Desired Skills:
We seek individuals who possess strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail. You should have:
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and understanding of G-code programming.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
