Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday
Schedule Options: Four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday) or five 8-hour shifts

Locations: Chaska, MN and Shakopee, MN
This role supports precision manufacturing operations by setting up and operating CNC horizontal milling machines to produce high-quality, tight-tolerance components. You’ll contribute to critical industries including aerospace, defense, medical, and high technology, ensuring accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Set up and operate CNC Horizontal Milling (Makino/MMC) machines
Perform quality checks on finished products
Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain precision
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3+ years of CNC horizontal milling experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and precision work
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to defense contracts)
