CNC Laser Operator

Job Responsibilities
-Set up and operate AMADA CNC laser cutting equipment to process thin- to mid-gauge steel, stainless steel, and aluminum according to production specifications.
-Read blueprints and engineering drawings, adjust CNC programs as needed, and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
-Perform secondary operations, including deburring, flattening, bending, and surface preparation; complete routine preventative maintenance.
-Manage material handling, document production activity in the ERP system, maintain production schedules, and follow all quality and safety procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
-High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of CNC laser or related CNC machining experience.
-Ability to set up CNC jobs, make program adjustments, and read and interpret blueprints or mechanical drawings.
-Experience using precision measuring tools and safely operating a forklift.
-Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand and walk throughout the shift, work overtime as needed, and perform physical manufacturing duties.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Previous experience operating AMADA CNC laser cutting equipment.
-At least 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Pay Rate Range - 27-30 per hour
