CNC Lathe Machine Operator - Earn $25/Hour | All Shifts Available | Victorville, CA
Are you an experienced CNC Lathe Operator looking for a great opportunity with competitive pay and long-term potential? We are seeking skilled CNC Lathe Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Victorville, CA. Positions are available on all shifts with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathe machines to produce precision-machined components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product quality.
- Maintain strict quality standards and machining tolerances.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production schedules.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous CNC Lathe operating and setup experience required.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring tools.
- Knowledge of machining processes, production standards, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and work independently.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
