Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathe machines to produce precision-machined components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product quality.
• Maintain strict quality standards and machining tolerances.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and production schedules.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC Lathe operating and setup experience required.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of machining processes, production standards, and quality control procedures.
