CNC Lathe Machinist / Setup Operator

1st or 2nd Shift | Full-Time | $25 - $31/hour

An established manufacturing company is seeking a dependable CNC Lathe Machinist / Setup Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC lathes, select tooling, and adjust offsets.

- Read blueprints and produce precision parts to close tolerances.

- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.

- Troubleshoot machining issues and make authorized program adjustments.

- Maintain quality standards and a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications:

- CNC lathe experience and strong machining fundamentals.

- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

- Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.

- Independent setup experience highly valued.

- Mazak, Mazatrol, GD&T, and G-code/M-code experience preferred.
