    Job Description

    **Position: **CNC Lathe Operator

    **Location: **Wauconda, IL

    **Hours/Shift: **3rd Shift | 10:30pm to 7am

    *You will train on 1st shift (6:30am - 4pm) for 2-3 weeks of training before transitioning to 3rd shift*

    Required Experience:

    - 1 to 3 years of CNC Lathe Operating experience

    - FANUC

    - Inspecting Parts

    - Making CNC Offsets

    - GNM Code (general understanding is preferred)

    - Multi-Spindle

    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    - Running a belt-driven spindle alongside a bar feeder

    - Prep material for bar feeder

    - Moving chippins / gaylords / scrap bins

    You should be proficient in:

    • CNC Tooling
    • G-Code
    • M-Code
    • CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
    • Spindle Maintenance & Repair
    • CNC Machine Operating
    • Lathe
