Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll set up and operate advanced CNC equipment to produce precision aerospace components. You'll work closely with production and quality teams to deliver results that meet exacting industry standards.
What You'll Do
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for
Set up, adjust, and independently operate Haas VF-4 3-axis/5-axis mills and Thermwood CNC routers.
Read and follow setup sheets, work instructions, engineering drawings, and G-code programs.
Perform tool changes, tool probing, offsets, calibration, and machine adjustments.
Machine aerospace components from aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, other alloys, and plastics.
Complete first-piece inspections, in-process quality checks, and precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
One to three or more years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.
Hands-on experience independently setting up CNC machines and making machine adjustments.
Knowledge of CNC controls, G-code, tooling, offsets, and 3-axis or 5-axis machining.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings, interpret measurements, follow safety procedures, and work independently.

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Huntington Beach and offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
