CNC Machine Operator / CNC Machinist

We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join a CNC machine shop. This position involves programming and/or operating CNC mills, turning centers, and other machining equipment.

Previous CNC or machining experience is preferred, but candidates who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn may be considered for training.

Responsibilities

• Set up and/or operate CNC mills, turning centers, and related equipment

• Program CNC machinery based on experience and skill level

• Monitor machines during production to ensure proper operation

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality

• Follow work instructions and production specifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Assist with other machine shop duties as needed

Qualifications

• CNC machining or machine shop experience preferred

• Knowledge of CNC mills and/or turning centers is a strong plus

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow detailed instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Willing and able to complete on-the-job training when necessary
