Requirements
What Youll Do
- Own the Floor: Set up, program, and operate Haas vertical/horizontal machining centers and turning centers
- Program with Precision: Use G&M code and Mastercam to transform complex designs into reality
- Create with Confidence: Select tooling, develop machining processes, and maintain tolerances to ±0.005''
- Inspect Like a Pro: Conduct quality checks and document results with accuracy
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with engineers and teammates to improve processes and solve challenges
- Stay Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
What You Bring
- 23 years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred)
- Strong G&M code programming skills
- CAM experience (Mastercam preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
- Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials
- Solid inspection and measurement skills
Education & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Journeyman or 2-year technical degree preferred
- Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks

- Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (or similar)
