Venture Dynamics-Gulf is seeking skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and machining processes, with the ability to work with various materials and precision instruments. This role is crucial in producing high-quality components that meet exact specifications and contribute to our overall production goals. Monday-Friday working 48 hours a week.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
Utilize CNC programming skills to create and modify programs for efficient production.
Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and improve processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist in tooling selection and setup for various machining operations.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed for assembly tasks.
Skills
Proficient in CNC programming and operation of CNC milling machines and lathes.
Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
Experience with CAM programming software, SolidWorks, CAD, and coordinate measuring machines.
Mechanical knowledge with a focus on manufacturing processes including plastics injection molding.
Basic math skills for calculations related to machining operations.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and tooling setup.
Ability to operate forklifts safely within the manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency in production workflows.
