Monday - Thursday
1st shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Pay:
Starting at $21.00 per hour (based off work history and performance)
12% Shift Differential for 2nd shift

Equipment Experience PreferredQualified candidates should have setup and operation experience with one or more of the following:
Citizen Swiss Machines
Captain L370 Lathes
Mori-Seiki Lathes
Haas VF4 Machining Centers
Mazak Integrex Multi-Tasking Machines
Experience with multiple machine platforms is highly preferred.Job Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machining equipment
Perform complete machine setups including tooling, fixtures, workholding devices, guide bushings, and bar feeders
Adjust machine offsets, tooling, speeds, and feeds to optimize production
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions
Produce precision components to customer and engineering specifications
Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
Utilize precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and comparators
Monitor machine performance and tool life
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues
Complete basic machine maintenance and upkeep
Document inspection results and production data accurately
Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and production teams to improve processes
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Follow all quality, safety, and ISO/QMS requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years of CNC setup and operation experience
Proven experience with at least one of the following: Citizen Swiss, Captain L370, Mori-Seiki, Haas VF4, or Mazak Integrex
Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, workholding, and process optimization
Ability to read blueprints and GD&T specifications
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
