Pay: Starting at $24/hour, with potential for more based on experience
Shift: Monday–Friday, typically 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Flexible Schedule Options: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, four 10-hour shifts, or three 12-hour shifts

Nesco Resource is seeking a CNC Machinist to join an established manufacturing operation specializing in permanent molds, tooling, and dies. This is a great opportunity to work in a laid-back, positive job shop environment with flexible scheduling, opportunities to develop your skills, and training available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to machine molds, tooling, and dies.

• Load programs, run jobs, and make basic machine adjustments.

• Perform tool changes and adjust offsets, speeds, and feeds as needed.

• Read and interpret blueprints to meet machining specifications.

• Support machine setups and job changeovers.

• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and help maintain quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous CNC machining or CNC machine operation experience.

• Familiarity with CNC mills, lathes, or similar machining equipment.

• Ability to load programs and make basic machine adjustments.

• Basic blueprint-reading and precision measurement skills.

• Willingness to learn new equipment and machining processes.

Setup experience is a plus, but training is available! Experience with Haas machines, both mills and lathes, or manual machining equipment is beneficial.
