Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our day shift team. This is a hands-on position for a skilled machinist who takes pride in precision work, quality, and consistent results.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Set up and operate CNC machines with minimal supervision.
Machine a variety of materials to required tolerances.
Operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment.
Make CNC program adjustments as needed.
Perform 3D machining and other machining operations.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Work with team members to resolve machining challenges and improve workflow.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
CNC setup and operation experience.
Experience in a non-production or job shop environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to operate CNC controls.
Ability to accurately set up and machine a variety of materials.
Experience with mills, lathes, grinders, or similar equipment.
3D machining experience is a plus.
Basic machinist hand tools and own tools preferred.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Team-oriented and professional.
Dedicated and career-minded.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
