Job Description
Our client is a growing aerospace manufacturer seeking CNC Machinists to join their team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, quality-focused individual who wants to build their skills and grow with a company long term.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and EDM equipment using established programs, fixtures, and processes.
- Make basic machine and program adjustments as needed.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
- Inspect parts and make corrections to maintain quality.
- Monitor machine performance, tooling, feeds, and speeds.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Troubleshoot routine issues and work independently.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CNC operating experience required; relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and inspection.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Stable work history and willingness to learn.
- EDM experience is a plus, but not required training will be provided.
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Training initially takes place on 1st shift
