EHC is seeking CNC Machinists for a Client in the Houston Area
Days 6:00am-6:00pm; 7 days a week if needed.
Pay rate $16.00 - $20.00/hour
Primary Function
As a CNC Machinist, you bring value to the Company by safely and efficiently producing error-free parts so that customer satisfaction with our products will be the highest in the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Properly setup CNC machine tooling and jaws (supervised)
Teach geometry of basic turn and bore tooling (supervised)
Operate CNC machine for basic pipe threading and make offsets (with little supervision)
Learn Work Coordinate system (with supervision)
Visual and dimensional inspection of parts per required specifications
Maintain traceability of product during manufacturing
Meet or exceed all key performance Indicators and the corresponding non-conformance offset measurements 2.8 Documentation as required
Report non-conformances to leadman/supervisor
Basic understanding of G-code programs
Perform weekly machine preventive maintenance
Follow the requirements of K&B’s safety program
Other duties as assigned

Applicable inspection and test equipment designated by the inspection, measuring, and test equipment work instruction(s).
Qualifications
Education
Education: High School Graduate or GED or Trade School or read and write
Experience: Minimum 1 year industry experience
Proficiency Testing: See training below in Section
Capability Demonstration: Ability to perform job duties within 90 days of hire
Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of machining or manufacturing industry experience.
