Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts and components
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAM/CAD files
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job
Perform in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Troubleshoot and adjust machine offsets to maintain tight tolerances
Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Operator, or similar role
Proficiency with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and GD&T
Experience with G-code programming and machine offsets
Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools and quality control processes
Attention to detail with a commitment to tight tolerances and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a shop environment
