    Job description:

    Are you ready to take on a key role in the manufacturing and precision machining industry? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a CNC Machinist/Programmer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with CNC and conventional machinery, program jobs using G and M code, and ensure the smooth operation of the machine shop. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and creating high-precision parts, this is your chance to make a real impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Program and operate CNC machines, both directly and through software.
    • Set up and adjust machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
    • Troubleshoot and modify CNC and conventional equipment.
    • Perform inspections using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers).
    • Conduct preventive maintenance and oversee machine shop organization.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives for machining efficiency.
    • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to exchange technical information.
    • Provide guidance and technical support to other machinists.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training or apprenticeship preferred).
    • 4+ years of experience as a machinist.
    • Experience with CNC programming and HAAS equipment (required).
    • Strong skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, mathematics, and time management.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
    • Authorization to work in the United States.
