PPS is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer for an established precision manufacturing partner in Solon, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned machinist with strong Mastercam programming skills and hands-on experience with Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs).
Responsibilities:
Program CNC equipment using Mastercam.
Set up and operate Horizontal Machining Centers.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Perform complete machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets.
Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize programs.
Inspect finished components to ensure quality and tight tolerances.
Qualifications:
8–10 years of CNC machining experience.
Strong Mastercam programming experience required.
Hands-on Horizontal Machining Center experience required.
Ability to independently program, set up, and operate CNC equipment.
Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement skills.
