Addison Precision is seeking a CNC Operator to support the production of high-precision aerospace components. This role will operate CNC mills and lathes, monitor part quality, and make basic adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and production standards.
What You’ll Do
Operate CNC mills and lathes producing precision aerospace parts
Load/unload parts and materials
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Make basic offsets and machine adjustments as needed
Read blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements
Monitor tooling, part quality, and machine performance
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For
Prior CNC machine operation experience
Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Comfortable working with tight-tolerance components
Aerospace, medical, or other precision machining experience preferred
