Responsibilities
Set up and changeover CNC machines for various production runs.
Perform machine setups for both CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) and CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC).
Operate CNC Lathe (5+ axis) to produce precision components.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in CNC machine setup and changeover.
Strong knowledge of CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) and CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) operations.
Experience with CNC Lathe (5+ axis) is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
