Set up, operate, edit, and program CNC equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Inspect machined parts to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds for machining operations
Monitor tool life and make machine adjustments as needed
Create and maintain process documentation
Train and support operators on machining procedures and best practices
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Machinist Role:
Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of two years of CNC machining and programming experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
CNC programming, troubleshooting, and machining experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
