We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our state-of-the-art CNC equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring that all equipment is in excellent working order.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

1. Performing regular preventive maintenance on CNC machines to minimize downtime and increase productivity.
2. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues with CNC equipment, including motors and other related components.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and document all maintenance activities.
5. Collaborating with the engineering team to optimize the performance of CNC equipment.
6. Ensuring all maintenance activities are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
7. Providing technical support and training to other team members as needed.
8. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the maintenance process.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the CNC Maintenance Technician position, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, specifically with CNC equipment.
2. Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance tracking and documentation.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting techniques and the ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
4. Extensive experience with motor repair.
5. A strong understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
