What you'll do
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet print and quality targets.
Interpret technical drawings/blueprints to plan tooling and machining operations.
Continuously monitor operations and adjust as needed to hold tolerances and finish.
Conduct routine machine maintenance to maximize uptime and performance.
Inspect finished work for accuracy and specification adherence.
Partner with peers to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
What you need
High school diploma or equivalent; CNC-focused technical training preferred.
Demonstrated experience as a CNC Operator or equivalent manufacturing role.
Strong grasp of CNC machinery, tooling selection, and programming basics.
Ability to read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
Detail orientation with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Working knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
