What You'll Do

As a CNC Mill Machinist, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality precision components that keep our customers' operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and machining specifications.
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to optimize production and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes, lubrication, and cleaning.
• Document production and quality data accurately.
• Work with castings and production machining processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (trade school or technical certification preferred).
• 5+ years of CNC Mill setup, programming, and production machining experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and machining practices.
• Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and tooling issues.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
