Job Title: CNC Mill Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision metal parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience with machine setup, blueprint reading, and quality control, and must be able to work independently and follow safety procedures at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Load raw materials and ensure proper tooling is installed
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Record production data and complete job documentation accurately
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines (preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient with precision measuring instruments
Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Work Environment:
Manufacturing or machine shop setting
Exposure to machinery noise, metal shavings, and oils
Use of PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)

1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
