TradeWorX is hiring CNC Mill Operators and Setup Machinists for multiple openings at a precision manufacturing facility in Saxonburg, PA. Whether you have CNC machining experience and are developing your setup skills or you're an experienced machinist who can handle setups and troubleshooting independently, we want to hear from you.
Horizontal and vertical CNC milling opportunities are available. Advanced programming experience is not required for every position.

Pay & Overtime
Pay: $19–$29/hour, based on machining experience and setup capabilities. Additional Pay: 10% shift differential.
Experience-based pay opportunities:
$19–$23/hour: CNC machining experience with some hands-on setup experience.
$23–$26/hour: Ability to independently set up CNC mills and adjust tooling and offsets.
$26–$29/hour: Independent CNC setups, programming capabilities, and advanced troubleshooting.
Overtime availability and eligibility will be discussed during the hiring process.
Schedule Four-day workweek —10-hour shifts
2nd Shift: 2: 00 PM–12: 00 AM
3rd Shift: 12: 00 AM–10: 00 AM
Multiple openings available
Job Duties
Set up and operate horizontal or vertical CNC milling machines.
Read blueprints, machining instructions, and specifications.
Make tooling and offset adjustments based on experience.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
Monitor machining operations and maintain quality standards.
Troubleshoot tooling, machining, and tolerance issues.
Perform CNC program adjustments or programming when qualified.
Requirements
Previous CNC machining experience.
CNC milling experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Basic understanding of machining tolerances.
Some hands-on CNC setup experience.
Availability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
Ability to complete required background screening and drug testing.
