About the Role: Roll Machining Technologies is looking for multiple skilled CNC Operators to join our team in Blytheville, AR! Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes and / or mills to produce machined parts
Safely load material into machines either manually or with a crane
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
Perform in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Make program offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues
Document production activity and maintain accurate work records
Requirements:
Proven experience operating CNC lathes, mills or horizontal turning lathes preferred but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate
Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
Experience with G&M code programming preferred
Crane / Forklift experience preferred
Proficiency with precision measurement tools including micrometers and calipers
Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak, or similar CNC control systems a plus!
Experience with Mazak Mill a huge plus!
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team-oriented work ethic
