Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Winona, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the facility.

Shift:

2nd: 3pm-1am, Mon-Thurs

 

Pay: $21-$25/hr, based on experience

 

Job Duties of a CNC Machine Operator:

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machining equipment
  • Operate CNC lathes including Mazak and Okuma machines
  • Perform tooling changes, fixture setup, chuck setup, and material loading
  • Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions
  • Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators for quality inspections
  • Identify tool wear, machine malfunctions, and dimensional deviations
  • Perform preventative maintenance
