Step into a precision-driven environment where your CNC skills turn engineered designs into production-ready parts. As a CNC Production Machinist, you’ll collaborate with engineers and a supportive manufacturing team to keep quality high and workflows efficient.
You arrive ready to set up and dial-in CNC equipment for the day’s run. With prints in hand, you confirm tooling and offsets, calibrate machines for peak performance, and kick off production—monitoring cycle times, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy. Between runs, you verify parts using precision measurement tools, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor issues to keep the line moving. You’ll also fabricate simple fixtures, safely operate hand tools and panel saws, and package completed parts for shipment or storage. Throughout your shift, you’ll partner closely with engineers and production teammates, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow all safety policies while pitching in on other tasks as assigned.
We value quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. At StenTech, you’ll grow your machining abilities, share ideas that elevate our processes, and contribute to precision components that meet exacting standards—all within a collaborative, safety-first environment focused on innovation and operational excellence.
