CNC Lathe Programmer Mazak/Mazatrol Specialist

 Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30 or 7am-3:30 and Saturday 5 hours 40-55 hr. work weeks

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and self-driven CNC Lathe Programmer with hands-on experience in Mazak lathes and Mazatrol programming. This is not a button-pushing role. We need someone who can set up, program, and run jobs independently. What You'll Do

• Program Mazak lathes using Mazatrol
• Set up and run jobs independently
• Learn our parts and processes within the first 30 days
• Transition to full autonomy after the onboarding period
• Take advantage of overtime opportunities for top performers

• Proven experience with Mazak lathes and Mazatrol programming
• Ability to set up, program, and run without supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn our parts and systems quickly
