As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in producing precision components by setting up and operating CNC equipment while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC routers, waterjet equipment, and other CNC machinery
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T
Perform machine offsets, compensations, and basic programming adjustments
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Develop nesting programs and cut sheets to maximize material usage
Monitor machining operations and identify equipment or process issues
Use measuring tools and basic inspection equipment to verify accuracy
Maintain accurate production documentation and work area organization
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
2–3 years of CNC machining experience required
CNC Mill, Router, or Lathe experience preferred
Manufacturing troubleshooting experience
Ability to read blueprints and work from detailed specifications
Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
