At ZenTech Consulting, we’re looking for a CNC Swiss/Multispindle Production Machinist who thrives on precision and uptime.

Imagine Your First Week

You’re setting up a job on a Swiss lathe, loading material, and verifying tooling. You skim the blueprint, confirm critical dimensions, and bring the process into control with measured adjustments. The next day, you rotate to a multi-spindle line, ensuring steady throughput while keeping safety and quality front and center.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss, multi-spindle, and automatic screw machines.
• Run equipment such as Yang, Euroturn, Davenport, Eurotech Triple Turret, STAR, or similar platforms.
• Load/unload material and tooling; monitor operations throughout the run.
• Apply offsets and make basic adjustments to sustain dimensional accuracy.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to guide production.
• Measure with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify conformance.
• Inspect finished parts to maintain required tolerances.
• Troubleshoot tooling, machine, or quality issues and resolve promptly.
• Record production and inspection results accurately.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

What It Takes

• Proven experience with Swiss, multi-spindle, or automatic screw machines.
• Background with Yang, Euroturn, Davenport, Eurotech Triple Turret, STAR, or equivalent equipment (preferred).
• Ability to interpret blueprints and apply machining tolerances.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, changeovers, feeds/speeds, and offsets.
• Comfort with precision measuring tools and hand metrology.
• Self-directed in a production manufacturing environment.
• High attention to detail and a quality-first approach.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Pay & Hours

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $25–$29 per hour, based on experience and familiarity with listed machines.

Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift
