Healthcare Arizona LLC, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, is an air-conditioned 650,000sq feet manufacturing plant in Goodyear, Arizona. We manufacture advanced memory foam mattresses that help you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you. We are looking for hard-working individuals to fill vacancies in our CNC team. The ideal candidates will assist in the mattress manufacturing process by maintaining a clean and efficient production environment, assembling products, operating machinery, ensuring that production targets are met, and working across the sub-departments of the production department. Pay: $17/hour regular time & $25.50/hour for overtime Schedule: 6:30am-6pm, Monday – Friday, overtime hours vary based on business needs. General Duties: - Meeting production targets
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Following production guidelines and specifications.
- Reporting any issues to the team leader or supervisor on duty.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
CNC Department (Foam Cutting) Responsibilities: - Assisting CNC Machine operators to cut foam according to precise specifications.
- Ensuring that foam pieces are cut accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with routine maintenance on CNC machinery and equipment.
- Collecting and sorting scrap foam from the production floor.
- Baling scrap foam for sale to vendors.
- Maintaining records of recycled foam and coordinating with vendors for pick-up.

Preferred Education and Experience: - High School Diploma/GED
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus
Physical Requirements: - Very Heavy work: Lifting and carrying for a short distance up to 50 pounds constantly on your own & up to 100 pounds via team lift frequently during an 11-hour shift.
- Standing: To remain on one’s feet in an upright position without moving about during an 11-hour shift with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.
- Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
- Stooping: Bending the body forward and down while bending the spine at the waist 45 degrees or more either over something below waist level or down towards an object on or near the ground.
- Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
- Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and make fine discriminations in sound.
- Vision: The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work.
- Temperature: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions, but, must be able to adapt to cold or hot temperatures.
Working Conditions: - Air-Conditioned Warehouse and Manufacturing environment.
- This position requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks doing heavy lifting.
- The work environment may involve exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and machinery.
- Safety guidelines and protocols must be always followed.
