CNC Tool And Cutter Grinder

The CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Tool Grinder machines. This role involves running grinding cycles ranging from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. The candidate must understand and interpret blueprints and have a general understanding of machining code. The individual will sharpen standard tools, drills, reamers, taps, chasers, and end mills.

• Set up and operate CNC Tool Grinder machines.
• Run grinding cycles lasting from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours.
• Interpret blueprints and machining codes.
• Sharpen standard tools, including drills, reamers, taps, chasers, and end mills.

• 1+ year of experience with CNC machines.
• Knowledge and understanding of Blueprints (GD&T).
• Ability to perform general quality checks on parts.

• 2-year Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology or Machining.
• Experience working on CNC Grinder machines.
• Knowledge of programming and GM code.

The pay range for this position is $74360.00 - $74630.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
